Here is the group that helped me make this wine
We started with two bags of frozen blueberrys
We boiled 2 gallon- which we measured as 16 cups and 2 lbs of sugar
Debra and Walt helped us "stir" Debra style
We tested the specific gravity with hydrometer then added yeast and other ingredients
Day 8- Sunday jan 12- specific gravity 1.065 For blueberry wine
Day 9- specific gravity still at 1.060 - you can see it bubbling but the readings are not changing much - I added a different kind of yeast to it today just to be sure
