Our Story
Owner Kiki's story starts over two decades ago, when she bought her very first house, located in the South of France. A beautiful stone watermill along a vast river, purchased without seeing the inside, in a country whose language she barely spoke. Most people thought she was a bit crazy, including her own mother, and maybe she was, but she has loved every moment she's spent there painting, planting flowers and enjoying wine in the sunshine of France. She has never lost her love of wine and water. Her passion for wine making start with a decade of home wine making then to first planting of grapes to a commercial winery.

Our Team
"It takes a village to start a winery" so elegantly said by Kathy :) While the crazy idea started with Kiki it has taken a number of dedicated people to make it a reality. We are appreciative of all who helped or volunteer for a day or a decade. You will see smiling faces of Jess, Kathy, Liz, Kathi, Jeannie, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Rachel, Nancy, Rick, Geoff, Howard or James helping pour wine or paint or water. Thank you to all of the Monroe Bay Family ! |
